Material Description:
Our 6mm N52 spheres are engineered for professional applications where maximum magnetic strength is required in a spherical form factor. The N52 grade provides a deep, concentrated magnetic field that allows these spheres to securely "snap" together or hold components through thicker non-magnetic layers. Their ability to rotate freely to find their own poles makes them indispensable for creating robust ball-and-socket joints in robotics, high-end articulated models, and advanced industrial prototypes.
Handling Advice: DANGER: These spheres pack a serious punch for their size. Because they are spherical and N52 grade, they will jump toward each other from several inches away. High-impact collisions can easily cause the brittle neodymium core to shatter or chip. Always handle with a firm grip and work on a non-magnetic mat to prevent runaway magnets and impact damage.
Warnings and Safety Information:
- CHOKING & INGESTION HAZARD: Extremely dangerous if swallowed. These are a major safety risk for children and pets.
- Ingestion Warning: Swallowed magnets can attract through intestinal walls, causing life-threatening injury. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.
- Pinch Hazard: Strong enough to cause painful skin pinches or small blood blisters.
- Medical Safety: KEEP AWAY from pacemakers and sensitive medical implants at all times.
Applications:
- High-load ball-and-socket joints for custom action figures and robotic prototypes
- Industrial-grade proximity sensors and high-accuracy magnetic triggers
- Precision magnetic bearings for micro-mechanical systems
- Advanced 3D-modeling and architectural structural prototypes
- Modular mounting for wearable tech, heavy props, and high-end fashion closures
