Material Description:
Our 8mm x 0.5mm N52 discs are engineered specifically for applications where vertical space is tightly constrained. The 8mm diameter provides a broad, stable footprint that distributes adhesive contact evenly, preventing the magnet from shifting or peeling under shear force. At just 0.5mm thick, these micro-wafers can be hidden directly between layers of heavy paperboard, laminated within premium packaging, or placed under thin fabrics without causing any noticeable rise or texture change.
Handling Advice: CRITICAL NOTICE: These magnets are exceptionally fragile and delicate. Due to their extreme thinness, they have zero flex and will crack or shatter like micro-thin glass if handled roughly or allowed to snap together violently. Always slide them apart horizontally with extreme care. We highly recommend using plastic or non-magnetic tools during assembly.
