Material Description:

Our 8mm x 1.5mm N52 discs are engineered for applications that require a robust magnetic bond but have restricted vertical clearance. The 8mm diameter distributes the magnetic force over a wider surface area, providing excellent shear resistance and a stable bonding zone for industrial adhesives. At just 1.5mm thick, these magnets are highly favored for seamless concealment beneath thin veneers, wood custom inlays, or heavy cardstock layout matrices for a completely flush and invisible fastening solution.

Handling Advice: NOTICE: These wafer magnets are thin and brittle. Due to the extreme magnetic pull of the N52 grade relative to its thickness, these discs will snap together rapidly if allowed to free-fly. High-impact collisions can chip or shatter the core. Always slide individual magnets horizontally off the stack and handle with care during assembly phases.
