Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the JustCreationUS Affiliate Program. By submitting an affiliate application or participating in the program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully before applying.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the program after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Enrollment and Eligibility
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed affiliate application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, with or without cause.
To be eligible for the program, your website, blog, or social media presence must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be publicly accessible and actively maintained
- Not contain content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Not promote or link to illegal products, services, or activities
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate relationships
2. Commissions and Referral Fees
Commission Rate
Approved affiliates earn a 5% commission on the net sale price of qualifying purchases. The net sale price excludes taxes, shipping charges, and any amounts subsequently refunded or reversed.
Cookie Duration
Our program uses a 30-day tracking cookie. If a customer clicks your unique affiliate link and completes a qualifying purchase within 30 days, that sale will be attributed to your account. If the customer clears their cookies, uses a different device, or purchases through another affiliate’s link after yours, attribution may not be credited to you.
Qualifying Purchases
A purchase is considered qualifying when:
- It is made by a new or returning customer who arrived via your tracked affiliate link
- The order is completed, paid, and not subsequently returned or charged back
- It is not a purchase made by you or on behalf of yourself (see Section 4)
3. Payment Options & Thresholds
Commissions are processed on a monthly basis. Payment will only be issued once your earned balance meets or exceeds the minimum threshold for your chosen payment method:

If your balance does not meet the minimum threshold for your selected payment method at the end of a payment cycle, it will roll over and accumulate until the threshold is met.
4. Prohibited Marketing Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions:
Brand Name Bidding (PPC)
Affiliates may not bid on “JC-Magnetics,” “JustCreationUS,” “JustCreation,” or any confusingly similar variations of our brand name in paid search advertising (including Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other pay-per-click platform).
Spam and Unsolicited Promotion
You may not promote your affiliate link through unsolicited bulk emails (spam), forum comment spam, automated posting tools, or any other intrusive or deceptive methods. All promotional activity must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and any other applicable anti-spam regulations.
Self-Referrals
Commissions are not paid on purchases you make through your own affiliate link, whether for personal use or resale. Self-referral commissions will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
Cookie Stuffing and Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to artificially generate clicks, impressions, or conversions — including cookie stuffing, click farms, or automated traffic — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
5. Order Fulfillment and Returns
JustCreationUS is solely responsible for processing all orders, handling customer service, and managing shipping and fulfillment. Affiliates have no role in these processes and may not make representations about delivery times, product availability, or return policies on our behalf.
If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if a charge is reversed due to a dispute, fraud claim, or payment failure, the commission associated with that order will be deducted from your affiliate balance. If a deduction results in a negative balance, it will be carried forward and offset against future earnings.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. JustCreationUS reserves the right to terminate your account immediately and without prior notice in the event of a violation of these terms.
Upon termination:
- Your affiliate links will be deactivated and will no longer track referrals
- Any earned balance that meets the applicable payment threshold at the time of termination will be paid out in the next regular payment cycle
- Balances below the applicable threshold at the time of termination will be forfeited
- Any commissions under review for fraud or policy violations may be withheld pending investigation
7. Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use JustCreationUS-approved logos, banners, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products through your affiliate links. You may not alter, modify, or misrepresent our branding materials.
This license is automatically revoked upon termination of your participation in the program.
8. Relationship of the Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of JustCreationUS. You have no authority to enter into contracts or make representations on our behalf. You are solely responsible for all taxes applicable to commissions you earn through this program.
9. Limitation of Liability
JustCreationUS’s total liability to any affiliate arising out of or related to this program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that affiliate in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. In no event shall JustCreationUS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising in connection with this program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Modifications to the Program
We reserve the right to modify any aspect of this program at any time, including commission rates, cookie duration, payment thresholds, and prohibited practices. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify active affiliates of material changes via the email address on file.
