Handling Advice: CRITICAL NOTICE: Micro-thin N52 rare earth discs require exceptional handling care. Sintered neodymium is inherently brittle like glass. At a mere 1.5mm thickness, these wafers can easily crack or chip if subjected to bending stress, sharp tool impact, or high-velocity snap collisions. Never allow these magnets to slam together freely from a distance. To protect the airtight epoxy barrier and maintain maximum corrosion resistance, always separate individual pieces by sliding them off the stack rather than pulling them apart vertically.
