Handling Advice: DANGER: Strong N52 rare earth discs require precise handling. Sintered neodymium is inherently brittle like ceramic. At 3mm thickness, these magnets have high snap velocity and attract with considerable force. Striking magnets together or hitting steel surfaces with high velocity can cause the discs to chip, fracture, or breach the protective epoxy layer. To maintain maximum corrosion resistance and prolong product life, always separate individual pieces by sliding them off the stack rather than pulling them apart vertically, and avoid high-impact collisions during assembly.
